All products are made with organic coconut and almond flour, full fat dairy, Monk Fruit.

1. Are you vegan?

A: We currently are not, we are a ketogenic bakery where our main staple is dairy. We will be offering vegan options in the near future, stay tuned!

2. Do the pastries contain dairy?

A: Yes they do, our main source but not limited to is full fat creams, butter, and almond milk.

3.Do your pastries contain gluten?

A: Good news! no they do not. We make sure to use all organic non gluten flours and ingredients.

4. How many calories are in each mini donuts?

A: Each donut has >60 Calories each with toppings. All mini donuts are 1g Nc each.

5. How long do they last refrigerated?

A: Up to 30 days in the fridge and more than a year in the freezer. But here's the secret, they must be stored in an air tight container or Ziplock bag. They do not have any preservatives therefore, they can grow mold if left on the counter uncovered and unrefrigerated.

6. Why did my order arrive with melted ice packs and my goodies are not frozen?

A: All or some orders are sent with ice packs. Our ice packs are meant to keep your package cool for up to 36-48 hours. Your order will more than likely not arrive frozen if your located further away from Texas. Once you receive your order you must place all baked good in the refrigerator or freezer to allow all goodies to recover from long travels. Best consumed cold or cool.
