Shipping policy

WE OFFER FIRST CLASS SHIPPING WITH TRACKING NO INSURANCE

There will be no EXCEPTIONS. Ownership of packages turned over to USPS/UPS transfers to buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS/UPS  along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS/UPS. 

PROCESSING TIME IS 3 TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS REGARDLESS OF SHIPPING SERVICE FOR IN STOCK ITEMS, WE DO NOT SHIP AFTER WEDNESDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS. ANY ORDERS MADE ON WEDNESDAY WILL BE SHIPPED THE FOLLOWING MONDAY. 

We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the post office or carrier facility. After that, it is out of our control and we recommend that you select USPS EXPRESS shipping service. All purchases are shipped by USPS or UPS and insured through USPS and UPS. 

In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE THE CLAIM WITH USPS/UPS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES DURING TRANSIT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPMENTS SENT TO FORWARDING SERVICES OR COMPANIES REGARDLESS OF SHIPPING SERVICE SELECTED. IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER AND YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS A FORWARDING ADDRESS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING YOUR FORWARDING COMPANY OR SERVICE TO LOCATE YOUR SHIPMENT. 

WE ARE ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE TO WEATHER RELATED DAMAGE OR DELAYS! ONCE PACKAGE LEAVES OUR HANDS IT IS COMPLETELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL. 

Please make sure your address is correct before placing order we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses. Once again we are not responsible for packages once it transfers to the carrier, it is then their responsibility to deliver and handle concerns for shipping delays or lost packages. You will not be refunded for the purchase from us if USPS/UPS loses the package. If your package is returned you are responsible to contact us with the correct address to be shipped back to and for the shipping service of your choice YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING FEE. KEEP AND EYE ON YOUR PACKAGE'S TRACKING PROGRESS.
